We get 2nd opinions from doctors and, I must say… after a recent computer meltdown, I might do the same the next time my computer gets ill. This just brought to light again, the need for backing up your system. If you haven’t done it yet, there’s no better time than the present.
If your computer crashed right now, would you have access to…

- your client’s contact information?

I dare you to try and run your business without your computer for 1 day. No peeking!

Creating a Stimulus Package for Your Employees

Cash and bonuses aren’t necessary (and are often difficult to find nowadays), so here are a few ideas to stimulate your employees in other ways.
- Say “Thank You!”. Recognize their efforts personally and at a company meeting or event.
- Continue to communicate and increase participation, with special note on the “bigger picture”.
- Encourage everyone to thank their peers when they notice a job well done.
So simple! And, don’t forget… the above suggestions still holds true during those great economic times as well.
